UNSRI ADMISSION

Bachelor

BACHELOR DEGREE (INTERNATIONAL)

English as a medium of instruction

International Bachelor Categories:

  1. Single Degree, student will be awarded a degree from UNSRI.
  2. Double Degree, student will obtain one degree from UNSRI and one more from partner university.

General Requirements

  • High school graduated or equivalent no longer than 5 years at the time registration (e.g. admission 2019 for high school graduates in 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2015)
  • Faculty of Medicine applicant should be graduating from nationally accredited high schools/completing general certificate of education (A Level) or graduate of Diploma Program of European Baccalaureate or Diploma Program of International Baccalaureate or Passing international education qualification equivalent to any of the above.

Documents Required

  1. Non Indonesian passport
  2. Latest color photo (full face without hat/glasses/accessories)
  3. High school diploma or equivalent
  4. High school academic transcript or equivalent
  5. English Proficiency certificate: International TOEFL (www.ets.org) with minimum score of 173(CBT); or 61(iBT) or IELTS (http://ielts.org) with minimum score of 5.5 TOEFL/IELTS score are valid for two years from the test date. If you have or will have received a degree from an institution where English is the primary language of instruction, you do not need to submit TOEFL/IELTS certificate.
    For Faculty of Medicine applicant, International TOEFL score must above 80(iBT) or IELTS score must above 7.
    For Faculty of Economics and Business applicant, International TOEFL score must above 213(CBT); or 70(iBT) or IELTS score must above 6.
    For Faculty of Law applicant, International TOEFL score must above 213(CBT); or 80(iBT) or IELTS score must above 6
  6. Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Law applicant required to hold Indonesian language proficiency test (TIBA) certificate with minimum score of 4, or Indonesian Language Score (BIPA) certificate with minimum level of 3. TIBA/BIPA certificate is mandatory document for Faculty of Medicine applicant, except those from high school with entirely the class in Bahasa Indonesia.

Master

MASTER (INDONESIA)

Bahasa Indonesia as a medium of instruction

General Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in relevant major
  • Demonstrate good skill in Bahasa Indonesia (not required for MM-MBA applicant)
  • Demonstrate good skill in English

Documents Required

  1. Non Indonesian passport
  2. Latest color photo (full face without hat/glasses/accessories)
  3. Bachelor degree certificate
  4. Bachelor degree transcript
  5. English Proficiency certificate: International TOEFL (www.ets.org) with minimum score of 173(CBT); or 61(iBT) or IELTS (http://ielts.org) with minimum score of 5.5 TOEFL/IELTS score are valid for two years from the test date. If you have or will have received a degree from an institution where English is the primary language of instruction, you do not need to submit TOEFL/IELTS certificate.
    For Faculty of Humanities and Faculty of Law applicant, TOEFL score must above 213(CBT); or 80(iBT) or IELTS score must above 6.
    For Faculty of Economics and Business applicant, TOEFL score must above 213(CBT); or 70(iBT) or IELTS score must above 6.
  6. Indonesian language proficiency test (TIBA) certificate with minimum score of 4, or Indonesian Language Score (BIPA) certificate with minimum level of 3. TIBA/BIPA certificate is mandatory document, except those from high school with entirely the class in Bahasa Indonesia. This is not applicable for Master of Management applicant.
    For Faculty of Economic and Business applicant, student should have TIBA certificate with minimum score of 5
    For Faculty of Law, Faculty of Humanities, and Faculty of Administration applicant, student should have TIBA certificate with minimum score of 4 or Indonesian language course (BIPA) certificate with minimum level of 3. TIBA/BIPA certificate is mandatory document
  7. Faculty of Economics and Business applicant should submit common entry examination score (e.g. GRE or GMAT) with minimum score of 500.

      Specific Requirements

    1. Nutrition, Faculty of Medicine
      1. The candidates hold a Master’s Degree in nutrition or health related sciences with high academic standing of the cumulative index or Grade Point Average of > 3 (from the maximum of 4).
      2. Provide a brief research pre-proposal on the relevant topic of nutrition aspect.
      3. Submit two (2) reference letter from their former supervisors or advisors and/or their former lecturer and/or head of department.
      4. Have secured a scholarship for funding during PhD Studentship.
    2. Medical Science, Faculty of Medicine
      1. The candidates hold a Master’s Degree from accreditated university in Indonesia or overseas.
      2. Submit documents to Medical Science departement: Master’s Degree certificate and transcript, recommendation letter, study permit from head of department or director origin institution, a research pre-proposal.
