Taiwan ICDF offers scholarships for higher education. These scholarships apply to undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs. However, the scholarships available to Indonesian students are only for master's and doctoral levels.

Taiwan ICDF has partnered with 23 universities to form the Taiwan International Cooperation Alliance (TICA). TICA functions as an operational platform for managing and improving the scholarship program.
