Fulbright Program is a cultural and educational exchange program that offers scholarships to students and scholars from over 160 countries. The program is designed to increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and other countries.

The Fulbright Program offers fully-funded scholarships for Masters and Ph.D. degree programs. About 4,000 scholarships are offered to foreign students each year.
